By purchasing any product, program, membership, or service offered by The Coach Scott, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. General Agreement

By accessing or purchasing any offering from The Coach Scott, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

2. The Break Free Group — Monthly Membership

Price: $47.00/month Platform: Skool

Billing

Your membership will be billed automatically at $47.00 per month on the same date you originally enrolled. Billing will continue until you cancel your membership.

Cancellation Policy

Your membership is month-to-month and you may cancel at any time. It is your sole responsibility to cancel your membership. The Coach Scott and his team will not cancel memberships on your behalf.

To cancel your membership, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Skool account at skool.com

2. Click on your profile photo in the top right corner

3. Select "Billing" from the dropdown menu

4. Click "Cancel Membership" and follow the prompts to confirm

Once cancelled, you will retain access to The Break Free Group until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Monthly membership fees are non-refundable. If you forget to cancel before your next billing date, The Coach Scott is not responsible for charges that have already been processed.

3. Coaching Services — All Sales Final

The following coaching services are offered by The Coach Scott:

Group Coaching

Private 1:1 Coaching

30-Minute Breakthrough Calls

All Sales Are Final

All purchases for coaching services are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refunds, partial refunds, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you fully acknowledge and accept this policy.

No Transfers

Coaching packages are non-transferable and may not be gifted, shared, or transferred to another individual.

4. Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

Rescheduling

All VIP 1:1 coaching calls must be scheduled in advance using the booking link provided. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled call. Rescheduling is subject to Coach Scott's availability.

No-Shows

If you miss a scheduled coaching call without providing at least 24 hours notice, that session is forfeited. No refund or replacement call will be issued.

5. Breakthrough Call Policy

The 30-Minute Breakthrough Call is a one-time offer. Each client is entitled to one (1) Breakthrough Call only. This call is non-refundable and non-transferable. Duplicate purchases will not result in additional calls being granted.

6. Results Disclaimer

Coaching, community membership, and all related services provided by The Coach Scott are for educational, coaching, and personal development purposes only. The Coach Scott is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional.

Results from coaching vary by individual and are not guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on your own effort, commitment, consistency, and personal circumstances. Testimonials shared are not a guarantee of results.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, worksheets, videos, and resources provided through The Coach Scott's programs and community are the intellectual property of The Coach Scott.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any materials without express written permission.

8. Privacy
