What makes your coaching different from therapy or traditional life coaching?

My coaching is rooted in faith and personal experience. As someone who’s overcome deep trauma through God’s grace, I combine spiritual insight, emotional support, and practical strategies to help you heal and grow. While therapy often focuses on the past, my coaching helps you process pain and move forward with purpose.

Do I have to be super religious to work with you?

Not at all. While my coaching is grounded in Christian faith, you don’t need to have all the answers or even feel “spiritually strong” to start. I meet you right where you are—whether you’re just exploring your faith or have been walking with God for years.

What can I expect during our sessions?

Each session is a safe, judgment-free space where we’ll talk honestly, pray (if you're comfortable), and work through the challenges you're facing. We'll use a mix of biblical truth, emotional healing techniques, and personalized strategies to help you move forward.

How do I know if I should do the 6-week or 12-week program?

The 6-week program is great if you’re looking for focused support around one or two specific areas—like healing from a breakup or rebuilding confidence. The 12-week program goes deeper, allowing more time to unpack trauma, grow spiritually, and create lasting transformation. We can talk it through on your discovery call to find what’s best for you.
