2. Coaching Disclaimer

Scott Jarrard is a certified coach, not a licensed therapist, lawyer, or financial advisor. Coaching sessions are for educational, personal development, and informational purposes only. Nothing shared is intended to substitute for professional advice in any area of your life. You assume full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and results.

3. Purchases and Payments

All purchases made through the Site are final unless otherwise stated in a specific offer or product. Pricing, availability, and features are subject to change without notice.

One-on-One Coaching: Sessions are non-refundable once scheduled. A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule.
Digital Products / Courses: Due to the nature of downloadable products, all sales are final.
Subscription Access: Memberships may renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on select coaching programs. If eligible, requests must be made in writing within 14 days of purchase. After this window, no refunds will be granted. Refunds do not apply to completed coaching sessions or digital downloads.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided on thecoachscott.com—including course materials, session recordings, handouts, videos, graphics, and branding—is the property of Scott Jarrard and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use this Site and its Services respectfully. Any harassment, abuse, or misconduct—especially within private communities or group coaching sessions—may result in removal without refund.

7. Confidentiality

All private coaching conversations are held in confidence. However, we reserve the right to disclose information if required by law or to prevent harm.

8. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Your success depends on your commitment, effort, and willingness to take action. Testimonials represent individual experiences and are not promises of future results.

9. Cancellations and Termination

You may cancel your Services at any time. We reserve the right to terminate access to any program or service for violations of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scott Jarrard and associated team members will not be held liable for any damages arising from your use of this Site or Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within the state.
